November 13, 2025Nov 13 comment_10084 RustSeal is a moisture cured urethane (catalyzed by moisture in the air), so dry heat from baking can actually slow the cure of RustSeal. You can speed the cure of RustSeal with air flow and humidity (humidifier, wet towels on the ground, etc.). Always allow RustSeal to cure normally until it it is dry-to-touch and does not leave a fingerprint, and then add the air flow and humidity.
