I need to paint my engine and I'm going to use your Motor Coater. I noticed you have a high temperature XTC Primer. Would this be beneficial to use on my engine before I paint the Motor Coater on? It seems like it would give it better protection.

    Yes. XTC Primer or RustSeal do provide rust protection. If you need or want rust protection, it is always best to apply XTC Primer or RustSeal before applying Motor Coater.
