March 24, 20179 yr comment_4044 I'm using some seam sealer and was wondering how to apply the Rust Seal with it. Should I put Rust Seal down first and then seam sealer or seam sealer and then Rust Seal? March 24, 20179 yr comment_4045 It is always best to prep with KBS Klean and RustBlast first, apply 2 thin, covering coats of RustSeal and then apply the seam sealer once the final coat of RustSeal has cured for 3-6 hours. It is best to get the metal sealed up first with RustSeal before applying the seam sealer. Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
