Time Between Coats of Top Coater

I painted 2 coats of Rust Seal and now I'm looking to top coat it with KBS Top Coater. I'm going to put 2 coats. How long do I have to wait to paint my second coat?

For KBS Top Coater, recoating can be done once first or consecutive coat is dry-to-touch which is usually about an hour.
