August 19, 20169 yr comment_3855 RustSeal is cured by a combination of temperature and humidity. You can also speed up the cure (negatively) by overworking the brush when brushing RustSeal. If it is 80 degrees, it would best to keep it below 80% humidity for optimal brush flow out. You can always help brush marks to flow out by applying thin, covering coats of RustSeal, not overworking the brush, and thinning the RustSeal with KBS #1 Thinner if needed.
