July 12, 20169 yr comment_3796 I have a boiler that gets up to 170 to 180 degrees. What would you recommend painting this with? I like the Flame Blue color in your XTC paint but there might be something that would work better. July 14, 20169 yr comment_3804 XTC is deigned for applications that get to at least 350 because that level of heat is required for the heat cure. For boilers, most people use RustSeal to paint the outside. Clean the surface with KBS Klean and then etch the surface with RustBlast. That is all the prep that is required for long lasting results. Please check out the complete RustSeal Directions and let us know if you have any questions. We are very happy to help.
