June 21, 20169 yr comment_3766 Yes, you can seal up and paint a concrete pool with RustSeal. Because concrete is porous, it is very important to get the concrete completely clean and absolutely bone dry. You will also want to apply at least 3 coats of RustSeal in thin, covering coats. Because the pool will be exposed to sunlight, be sure to top coat the RustSeal with a UV stable solid color top coat paint that is ideal for marine applications like KBS MAXX.
