Rust Seal on Fiberglass

Guest

Recommended Posts

It really depends on the condition of the fiberglass. If the fiberglass is in great shape and does not need sealing, you can give the fiberglass a scuff with 300 grit and wipe down with KBS Klean or apply a dust coat of Fusion Self-Etch Primer and then apply the KBS MAXX.

If the fiberglass is in need of sealing, you can scuff the fiberglass up with 300 grits, wipe the surface down with KBS Klean, and then apply 2 coats of RustSeal (will seal up the fiberglass) before you you apply the KBS MAXX.

Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
