Yes, you can use leftover Tank Sealer to paint the outside of your tank. It is always best to paint the Tank Sealer on a surface that has been prepped with KBS Klean and RustBlast. Painting the inside and outside of the tank is common for people who want to ensure a good seal but coating both the inside and the outside.
