February 24, 201610 yr comment_3564 Yes, you can absolutely coat aluminum with Motor Coater. The best way to prep the aluminum surface is to clean the aluminum with KBS Klean, etch the aluminum with RustBlast (you can even use a scuff pad during this step to give you a really nicely abraded surface), and then coat the aluminum with Motor Coater.
