Cavity Coater

I want to spray inside of vertical tubes that are part of a steel gate. Spraying would be best before welding.However, the process could be changed to inject liquid after welding (through vent holes that would be welded shut after injection.) Any concerns due to welding heating the fluid?

Is this the same as cosmoline if not what are the differences?

I have a 16 year old Jeep Wrangler that has rust inside the frame rails which I cannot access to remove. I was interested in knowing if the Cavity Coater would encapsulate the existing rust and prevent further rust from forming?

Does the 17.5 ounce Cavity Coater can come with a wand to get inside doors etc.?

is this product effective on the insides of frames and panels that already have some rust? will it coat and seal up current rust in these areas? or is this just for new metal to prevent future rust?

what is the best product to apply on the boxed section (inside) of my frame where I wont be able to sand blast? The rust isn't that bad but I don't want the frame to rust from the inside out.

My 93 300ZX suffered from a bit of flooding. I got about 4 inches inside the car. I pulled the interior dried out as best as I can and pulled apart my wiring. I showered everything in WD-40. Every seem, rocker panels, inside doors, under body seems, removed and sprayed behind fenders and bumper. I wanted to add protection to these areas before re-assembly. Could Cavity coater be applied to these areas even though I have already put down a product like WD-40???

Hi, I am wondering if this product is a good option to slow down the spread of rust inside the lip under the car door. Â There is a seam where the rocker panel meets the frame where rust is emerging, and is not accessible without removal. Â I would like to spray the coater in there using a nozzle, in the hopes of sealing it up enough to slow things down.
