I want to spray inside of vertical tubes that are part of a steel gate. Spraying would be best before welding. However, the process could be changed to inject liquid after welding (through vent holes that would be welded shut after injection.)  Any concerns due to welding heating the fluid?

I have a 16 year old Jeep Wrangler that has rust inside the frame rails which I cannot access to remove. I was interested in knowing if the Cavity Coater would encapsulate the existing rust and prevent further rust from forming?

I want to order a gallon of the cavity coater but not real sure how to apply it. Do you have any spray guns that I could use to apply this since I'm not purchasing the aerosol cans? Or do you recommend something else?

I am wondering if this product is a good option to slow down the spread of rust inside the lip under the car door.  There is a seam where the rocker panel meets the frame where rust is emerging, and is not accessible without removal.  I would like to spray the coater in there using a nozzle, in the hopes of sealing it up enough to slow things down.

An image of where I would be applying it is here (not my car, but same location):
