January 9, 200818 yr comment_1458 I have diesel tank in boat that just began leakage. It's either seal or replace. I can't "roll" tank. We are cutting inspection ports for access between baffles. Tank is 500 gallons. What process (spraying, washing, drying coatings) to use? February 28, 201313 yr comment_2644 You can do the entire KBS 3 Step Tank Sealing system through a port in the tank. This is very common for sealing larger tanks. You will want to clean the tank out with our KBS Klean. Then you will etch the tank with our RustBlast. Then you will seal the Tank with our Gold Standard Tank Sealer. You will use a brush and paint the inside of the tank thru the inspection ports.
