We are cutting inspection ports for access between baffles. Tank is 500 gallons. What process (spraying, washing, drying coatings) to use? KBS Coatings Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 You can do the entire KBS Tank Sealing process through an access hole in your tank. Â This is a common way of sealing tanks when the tank can not be removed. You will want to clean the tank out with our KBS Klean. Then you will etch the tank with our RustBlast. Then you will seal the Tank with our Gold Standard Tank Sealer. You will use a brush and paint the inside of the tank thru the inspection ports.
