June 12, 20241 yr comment_5708 My first experience was 6 months ago attempting to spray inside a sub frame. It took over 6 hours before I finally was able to cover all 4 walls with the minimum spray from the wand. I had to cut the 48" wand down to 24" to get any of the very thin rust seal out the spray part. Today another subframe and the sprayer worked perfectly and I left all kinds of puddle under the drain holes. BUT the 2nd coat went back to a worthless wand. More air was blowing into the rust seal in the metal can than was coming out the end of the wand. What is wrong and have others had the same issues or not? But best of all HOW do you fix it? thanks in advance for the help. June 13, 20241 yr comment_5709 Just so we are clear, are you spraying RustSeal or Cavity Coater with the Schutz Underseal Spray Gun & 48-inch 360-Degree Spray Wand?
