May 22, 20232 yr comment_5602 I have some refurbished brake calipers that appear to be painted and/or primed. Do I need to do any surface prep before motor coater other than roughing up the paint. May 25, 20232 yr comment_5603 Yes, all you need to do is give that painted surface a slight scuff with 320 grit and then clean with KBS Klean before applying Motor Coater to the brake calipers.
