February 18, 20224 yr comment_5429 Yes, it is quite common to coat over RustSeal in Black with a different color of KBS MAXX. Please scuff the fully cured RustSeal with 320 grit and then apply KBS MAXX. Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
