December 5, 20214 yr comment_5393 While reconditioning a tractor deck, the underside will be completely coated with Rustseal. Question regarding the top, there is only about 20% of spotting rusts spots to work with. Can I scuff and recoated the entire top surface? I would be going over the original fact paint. December 5, 20214 yr comment_5394 Yes, you can scuff the existing painted surface on the topside of the mower deck, clean with KBS Klean, and then coat with KBS MAXX which is a durable UV stable coating.
