After what time Rust Seal is considered too old for the direct Fusion application ? July 26, 20214 yr comment_5332 If RustSeal is fully cured and the surface is clean, you can simply use Fusion SEP. The sanding is for a worst-case scenario and 99% of the time, sanding is not needed.
