I purchased rust sealer and top coater, but forgot to purchase the thinner. So is there a off the shelf thinner I can use to spray and what ratios. I am under a time constraint to finish the project

    Yes, you can use Xylene to thin RustSeal and KBS Top Coater when you do not have KBS #1 Thinner. Xylene is compatible with RustSeal and KBS Top Coater.
