I am building a 71 bronco.  it was so rusty that I bought a reproduction steel tub.  when I bought it I spent some time to wire wheel the underside and epoxy prime it.  I was not sure what I wanted to do with it.  I am now considering using your rust seal on it.  my questions are
1.  do I need to scuff or sand off the primer?
2.  do I need to seam seal before applying the rust seal?
3.  since this is new metal with no rust, do I need to do the cleaner or rust convertor?
do I need to top coat it since it is going to be under the vehicle?
thanks

1) If the primer is a flat finish (not glossy), you do not need to sand or scuff. If it is glossy, yes, please scuff it with 300 grit.

2) The best way to do seam sealer is to get the RustSeal down first so the surface is sealed up (key for rust prevention) and then do the Seam Sealer.

3) If the new metal is freshly primed (still clean), you do not need to use KBS Klean or RustBlast. If the new metal is not primed, yes, clean the surface well with KBS Klean and etch it well with RustBlast before applying RustSeal.

4) No, you do not need to top coat RustSeal when the surfaces being coated will not be exposed to sunlight.
