June 16, 20196 yr comment_4508 I previously coated parts of my frame with rust seal about two years ago. I am now finishing the rest. Will rust blast applied over existing rust seal etch it and make it permanently chalky/white or will it wash right off during the rust blast step? July 10, 20196 yr comment_4534 RustBlast sprayed onto fully cured RustSeal will not harm the RustSeal and any residue will wash off with plain water.
