August 7, 20187 yr comment_4272 Please post some pictures so we can see it. It sounds like moisture is getting trapped in there so it would be good to heat up the entire section to dry it out well before putting on the RustSeal. Also, if you have any inside areas, coat those well with Cavity Coater using the Cavity Wand. We are looking forward to seeing the pictures and assisting you further.
