Resealing a previously sealed tank

I need to reseal a tank,  the first time I used a brittle product named kreem.  It worked ok until I dropped the tank and the liner basically shattered.

suggestions?

Go ahead and strip out the kreem with MEK. Get all of the kreem out and then you can proceed to the KBS 3-Step Tank Sealing System. KBS Tank Sealer is not brittle and will not shatter delaminate if the tank is hit or dropped.
