I am planning to Rustseal and then undercoat the underside of my Impala using the three step process,.  If I need to grind down to bare metal to weld on an exhaust hanger, for example, can I touch up the exposed area by applying Rustseal and then rubberized undercoating to the bare metal?  Will this be effective in preventing rust?

    Yes, you can clean (KBS Klean) and etch (RustBlast) the bare metal spots and then apply RustSeal followed by KBS UnderCoat for long lasting rust protection.
