March 9, 20179 yr comment_4034 I have a steel sign that is coated with your rust seal. Would an oil based enamel have an problems sticking to the seal coat? March 10, 20179 yr comment_4035 An oil based enamel will stick to cured RustSeal as long as you scuff the RustSeal with 300 grit or you spray a dust coat of Fusion Self-Etch Primer on first.
