December 5, 20169 yr comment_3970 It is very important to clean (KBS Klean) and etch (RustBlast) new tanks because the new steel has manufacturing oils on it and is also very smooth making it not ideal for a coating unless it is cleaned (KBS Klean) and etched (RustBlast).
