Rust seal under hood

I am wanting to coat the inner fenders under the hood of my 64 GTO.  I know that Rust Seal is not UV protected.  Do you think Rust Seal would be ok with having the hood open during an occasional car show or should I coat with Black Top?

If looks are really important to you, it would be best to top coat the RustSeal with BlackTop.
