March 15, 201610 yr comment_3607 It is always important to check your local ordinances, but you should be good to use RustSeal where you are located. If you are coating the outside of a 275 gallon tank, that should be less than 200 sq ft, so 1 gallon of RustSeal should be enough to coat your oil tank.
