February 18, 201610 yr comment_3555 Yes, the RustSeal will even out a pitted frame. The key is to apply thin, covering coats of RustSeal. We recommend a minimum of 2 coats of RustSeal and each additional coat of RustSeal will smooth out the surface of your frame even more.
