February 16, 201610 yr comment_3550 I am custom painting fishing rods blanks. Is this clear coat flexiable enough when cured to bend with a rod and not crack. February 16, 201610 yr comment_3551 The DiamondFinish Clear is ideal for fishing rods because it is a very durable coating that stays flexible (not brittle). The DiamondFinish Clear is also extremely scratch resistant once fully cured. TIP: It would be best to let the DiamondFinish Clear cure for 7 days before putting it back in to use to ensure maximum durability and scratch resistance. Please review the DiamondFInish Clear Directions and let us know if you have any additional questions.
