doing my ford 36 coupe, the bottom of my doors were rusted heavy in some areas not in others. I made new bottoms for my doors and welded them in I want to put something in to stop rust that is still present and seal & stop future rust.

This is a very common issue and we absolutely have a proven solution for you.

The best way to treat this is to prep the outside of the door with KBS Klean and RustBlast. After you have prepped the outside of the door, coat the outside of the door with a few coats of RustSeal. You will want to apply your second and subsequent coats of RustSeal anywhere from 3-8 hours after your previous coat so you get those coats of RustSeal to fuse together.

After you have allowed the RustSeal to cure 24 hours, coat the inside of the door cavity with Cavity Coater using the Cavity Wand so you have both the outside and the inside of the door sealed up preventing rust in the future.

Please check out the RustSeal Directions and the Cavity Coater Directions and let us know if you have any additional questions.
