Cut and Buff DiamondFinish Clear

Hi, does DiamondFinish Clear dry glossy like a 2k paint, or would I need to cut and buff it like an acrylic clear? Also, will it fade over time like regular 1k acrylics?

DiamondFinish Clear can be cut and polished as a normal clear coat after 24 hours under normal conditions.
