December 28, 201510 yr comment_3474 If the frame is already painted, you can clean up the painted surface with KBS Klean and then apply 1-2 coats of BlackTop that does come in flat black. If the frame is bare, clean and etch the frame before applying RustSeal followed by BlackTop in flat black.
