December 7, 201510 yr comment_3443 I have a 1970 Chevy C 10 that I wanted to repaint the chassis. The pervious owner sandblaster the frame and painted it but I don't like the way it looks. Am I able to use your all-in-one chassis kit over the paint that he use or does it have to be bare metal? December 8, 201510 yr comment_3445 Yes, if you desire, you can paint over another coating (versus painting over bare metal) with RustSeal and BlackTop which are included in the All-In-One Chassis Kit. Wirewheel the paint that is down to remove any loose paint. Clean the painted surface with KBS Klean. Etch any bare metal spots with RustBlast. Apply 2 coats of RustSeal followed by 1 coat of BlackTop. Please review the RustSeal Directions and the BlackTop Directions and let us know if you have any additional questions.
