October 13, 201510 yr comment_3328 I have a 500 gallon diesel fuel tank with a pin hole (<1/64 diameter) and some mild surface rust in the bottom 4" of the tank. Can I slosh the bottom third of the tank successfully? Or do I have to slosh the entire tank? October 13, 201510 yr comment_3330 It is ideal to prep and coat the entire inside of the tank which can be done through an access hole. If you only do a portion of the inside of the tank, you run the risk of the Tank Sealer lifting on the edges over time as the fuel attacks those edges. Please be sure to read through the Tank Sealer Directions. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
