September 27, 201510 yr Author comment_3315 I'm wanting to repaint the whole trailer, the trailer will be sanded and cleaned but not completely sand blasted but there will be some bare metal spots. September 27, 201510 yr comment_3316 Thank you for the info. You will want to clean the entire trailer with KBS Klean. Then, etch the bare metal surfaces with RustBlast. Then 2 coats of RustSeal followed by 1 coat of BlackTop or KBS MAXX. Please check out the complete RustSeal Directions, BlackTop Directions, and KBS MAXX Directions.
