July 25, 201510 yr comment_3225 Hi. I've used gloss black Maxx on a couple of projects and have been very pleased with the results. I am restoring a BMW R100 that had a satin black frame from the factory. I was thinking about using Maxx low gloss black for the frame and engine casings. Is the low gloss truly flat or is there still some sheen to it. August 13, 201510 yr comment_3234 The KBS MAXX in Hot Rod Black has a 15% gloss which is considered by most to be flat.
