jeff j Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 Have a 4000 gallon fire truck tanker that has some corrosion/ electrolysis in the inside tank It is made of aluminum. We have pressure wash the inside out . And from the other fire company we received it from it had pond crustations shells in it small that have been pressure washed out but has left Pitts in the walls inside No Leaks ! What product do you have that would work and would it have to be cleaned with a acid ? Quote
KBS Coatings Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 The Tank Sealer is used all of the time by fire departments and landscapers with large water tanks. You will want to etch the aluminum with RustBlast and then seal it up with Tank Sealer or RustSeal (easier to brush or spray). Please let us know the total square footage and we can advise you on the amounts of each to order. Thanks. Quote
