June 25, 201510 yr comment_3187 Hello, So I've used the KBS system on many motorcycle tanks with great success.... Now I have a Honda CBX tank that the PO had used RedKote over the rust.... Well you guessed it....the rust created a very tiny pin hole in the tank and the fuel fumes pushed out the paint into a 1cm bubble.... My question is: Will the KBS stripper remove the RedKote product..? June 25, 201510 yr comment_3188 Yes, the KBS Strip will get the redkote out and then you can proceed with the KBS 3-Step Tank Sealing System to seal up your tank. The Tank Sealer will seal up pinholes (tip of a pin). Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
