KBS Coatings Posted June 17, 2015 Report Share Posted June 17, 2015 It is important to remember that DiamondFinish Clear is completely UV stable, but like other clear coats, it is not a UV blocker. If your topcoat that is applied over the RustSeal is UV stable, you can absolutely apply DiamondFinish Clear over that paint. This is a very common application. We have many customers who have applied DiamondFInish Clear over BlackTop for added gloss and durability. Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
