saxonm
I have a 6" oil bath metal bowl that holds 1-1/4" oil +/-. after blasting the bowl I was able to see 15+ pin holes. Is there a epoxy glue to seal holes and a sloshing sealer for coating the bottom of the bowl? Bowl holds 30 wt. SAE motor oil. KBS Coatings
Absolutely. Seal up the holes with NuMetal Epoxy Putty, then clean (KBS Klean), etch (RustBlast) and Paint/Seal (RustSeal) the bottom of the bowl. The RustSeal will easily withstand motor oil. Check out the complete directions for NuMetal Epoxy Putty HERE. Check out the complete directions for RustSeal HERE. Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
