April 30, 201411 yr comment_2988 im haveing a tough time getting into some certin places to remove rust from the car if i cant remove al the rust from those spots will it keep rusting even if i get it sealed with the rust seal ? ive used a wire brush on a grinder and a handheld one aswell along with a pneumatic needle gun .but some of it i cant get to . May 1, 201411 yr comment_2989 You do not have to remove every last bit of rust in order for our 3 Step System to work. Simply wire wheel whatever you can, then clean the surface with KBS Klean, etch the surface with RustBlast, and then seal it up with RustSeal. If the area will be exposed to sunlight on a regular basis, then make sure you top coat the RustSeal with a solid color uv stable top coat paint like our BlackTop.
