March 11, 201412 yr comment_2960 Hello, I am an artist and I am currently doing marble faux finish on plaster. I use homemade oil glaze, composed by turpentine, dammar varnish, linseed oil and cobalt dryer. I need an extra hard, clear gloss finish for this surface, to make it durable and resistant to scratching. Would Diamond Finish be an option? Thank you. March 11, 201412 yr comment_2961 We have never tested DiamondFinish Clear with your exact formulation, but based on what you have stated and as long as your coating is completely cured (outgassed), the DiamondFinish Clear should adhere very well to your coated surface. As always, make sure you do a test area first. Please let me know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
