Clean petroleum based products

I want to try KBS 3 Step System.
The bottom of my SUV has been protected by petroleum based solvent-free products. Can KBS Klean dissolve and remove that oily stuff from the frame and the car floor?

Yes, KBS Klean should be able to remove that. Please make sure you dilute KBS Klean just 1 to 1 with warm-hot water.
