July 3, 201312 yr comment_2791 I own a Motorhome, and the clearcoat on the top is failing. The section failing is not very visible, so I would like a roll-on solution to prevent further damage to the paint. Can this product be applied over exising paint, hold up to the UV beating on top of my RV and be applied via roller? If so, what surface prep do you recommend? July 15, 201312 yr comment_2798 The DiamondFinish Clear will protect your paint and prevent any future damage. It is an ideal paint for your application. Give your existing paint a scuff and then clean the surface with KBS Klean. Then apply 1-2 coats of DiamondFinish Clear. If you are rolling it, you will want to thin the DiamondFinish Clear 10% with KBS #1 Thinner. 10% means 9 parts DiamondFinish Clear and 1 part KBS #1 Thinner. Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
