Has anyone used this product to do rusted rocker panels, fenders and bumpers on there vehicles ? If so which kit and how much did you use or did it take ? I have a 2004 SuperDuty F-250 and want to do this as it looks to be the way to go. Thanks everyone in advance.

You will want to do the KBS 3 Step System and then top coat the RustSeal (because the areas will be exposed to sunlight) with our BlackTop. The KBS 3 Step System:

1. KBS Klean - a concentrated, water-based, biodegradable formula that is an excellent alternative to flammable solvents & hazardous chemicals for preparing your paint job with a clean surface.
2. RustBlast - a powerful rust remover and zinc phosphate pre-primer and metal etch.
3. RustSeal - a one part, ready-to-use, high-solids content, rust preventive coating that is actually hardened by exposure to moisture.

The All-In-One Kit has all 4 products (plus gloves and brushes) and will do a 50 square foot area. The Motorcycle Frame Coater Kit has all 4 products (plus gloves and brushes) and will do a 12.5 square foot area.
