i applied rust seal on sunday and since then it has rained for two day and may rain 2 more days.. what do i need to do before appling top coat after 2 or 3 days

    All you have to do is scuff up the cured RustSeal with 300 grit (or something close).  Once you do that, you will have created an ideal surface profile so the top coat can stick to the RustSeal. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
