i'm have a few year old car trailer  some rust and some good paint, so i need to wire brush all rust, then aqua wash, then sand , then rust seal, then top coat. is this correct?   Thanks

Yes, that is the general idea of what you will want to do. Wire wheel all of the loose rust and paint.  Clean the entire trailer with KBS Klean.  Treat any metal areas with RustBlast.  Apply a minimum of 2 coats of RustSeal.  Then apply a solid color UV stable top coat like our BlackTop.
