javis Posted July 30, 2012 Report Posted July 30, 2012 What are the ideal conditions for the best/fastest curing, such as temperature, humidity, etc.? I just sealed a 20gal car tank and I live in Louisiana where its 90+ degrees everyday and high humidity. Should I keep it in the shade or in the sunlight? Quote
KBS Coatings Posted July 30, 2012 Report Posted July 30, 2012 Keep it in the shade. It would be ideal for the humidity to be at 50% or below and the temperature to be between 55 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. That said, the Gold Standard Tank Sealer will cure outside of those parameters, but we never recommend curing the tank in the sun. Quote
